About Account Deletion
At CampusLink, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your CampusLink account and all associated personal information at any time. Once your request is processed, this action cannot be undone.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our databases:
- Profile Information: Your name, email, credentials, profile photo, and school bio details.
- Content & Activity: All posts, achievements, projects, comments, and event registrations you have created.
- Communications: Message history and connection requests.
- Account Credentials: Authentication login records.
Data That May Be Retained
For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, we may retain certain records for a limited period:
- Security logs and compliance records may be retained for up to 90 days before being completely purged.
Processing Time
All deletion requests are verified and processed within 7 business days.
