By creating an account or accessing the CampusLink platform (located at index.html), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
Account Registration and Safety
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete details, including your full name, a valid email, and your appropriate member/user type.
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy by marking the required consent checkbox.
- Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your devices.
- Promptly update your profile information to keep it accurate.
If you decide you no longer wish to use CampusLink and would like to delete your account and associated personal data, please visit our Account Deletion Request page to submit a request.
User Generated Content and Security Policies
Users may post updates, achievements, competition wins, projects, and events. You retain ownership of all content you post. However, by posting, you grant CampusLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform.
We enforce strict database Row Level Security (RLS) policies. You are only allowed to modify or delete content that you own (e.g. your posts, comments, or profile details). Any attempt to bypass security policies or escalate privileges will result in immediate account termination.
Prohibited Activities
When using CampusLink, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Posting content that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, spam, or fake.
- Registering under false academic representations or impersonating another user/school administrator.
- Using automated systems, scripts, or bots to scrape data or spam messages on the network.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CampusLink, its partners, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
