We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use it to:
- Facilitate account creation and logon process.
- Build and manage your professional school network profiles.
- Enable features like event sharing, student admissions tracking, and inter-school connectivity.
- Deliver relevant notifications, messages, and security alerts.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. Your academic and school profiles are publicly viewable by other authenticated members of the CampusLink platform to facilitate networking. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third-party marketing services.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. All authentication and database operations are managed through secure endpoints provided by Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies enabled. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure, and to restrict the processing of your personal information. You can update your profile details anytime via your profile settings page.
